Sarah Sprinkle is the CEO and Founder of Sarah Sprinkle Philanthropy. She is a strategist who helps organizations grow by prioritizing the initiatives that will be the catalyst for smart growth. Her practice is simple: collaborate, listen, think, and implement. When organizations operate like a business, they can see the bottom line quicker so that they can focus more time and effort on their mission.

Prior to launching her own business, she was the youngest Senior Consultant at a firm that focused on strategic plans and capital campaigns. At the firm, she codified its strategic planning process, served as the lead consultant for major capital campaigns, and wrote strategic plans for hospitals, schools, and other organizations.

Before becoming a consultant, Sarah led the Advancement efforts at Ashley Hall School in Charleston, SC growing and renovating the school's 10-acre urban campus. She was an integral part of board initiatives, led major fundraising efforts, pioneered the  partnership with Meeting Street Academy, managed master planning efforts, assisted with the global studies program, and coached the Varsity and JV soccer teams. Sarah has served hospitals, higher ed institutions, independent schools, and nonprofit organizations for over 15-years.

Sarah launched Sarah Sprinkle Philanthropy after giving birth to her daughter, Dylan. She wanted to think outside of the box (no more models). Every organization she had worked with was unique. Collaboration, thoughtfulness, discernment and discipline are core to her approach. Being a role model for her daughter inspires all her work.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wofford College where she was a Division I soccer player. Sarah is a current board member for Spoleto Study Abroad and on the Advisory Board for Sacred Heart Catholic School. She is a former longtime coach for the Special Olympics, member of the TEDxCharleston Speaker Selection Committee, and Wofford Terrier Board.

After six moves in six years, her family is currently stationed in Warner Robins, Georgia. She is a proud wife to Lt Col Stephen Sprinkle and mother to Dylan and fur baby, Carbon.
