Sarah Sprinkle is the CEO and Founder of Sarah Sprinkle Philanthropy, a strategy firm that helps organizations grow by identifying and prioritizing the initiatives that drive smart, sustainable progress. Her approach is simple: collaborate, listen, think, and implement. She is an implementor who brings a visionary's ideas to life. When organizations operate like a business, they gain clarity and efficiency—freeing them to focus more fully on their mission.

Proven Experience in Strategy & Fundraising
Before launching her own firm, Sarah was the youngest Senior Consultant at a national consulting company specializing in strategic planning and capital campaigns. She codified the firm’s strategic planning process, led major capital campaign initiatives, and developed strategic plans for hospitals, schools, and nonprofits across the country.

Prior to consulting, Sarah served as the head of Advancement at Ashley Hall School in Charleston, SC, where she helped grow and renovate the school’s 10-acre urban campus. She played a key role in board development, led major fundraising efforts, established the partnership with Meeting Street Academy, supported master planning and global studies programs, and even coached the Varsity and JV soccer teams. Over the last 15 years, Sarah has supported hospitals, higher-education institutions, independent schools, and nonprofit organizations nationwide.

A Practice Built on Purpose
Sarah founded Sarah Sprinkle Philanthropy after the birth of her daughter, Dylan, driven by a desire to think beyond one-size-fits-all models. She believes every organization is unique—and that strategy must be, too. Collaboration, thoughtfulness, discernment, and disciplined execution sit at the heart of her work. Being a role model for her daughter inspires the way she leads, serves, and shows up for her clients.

Education & Service
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wofford College, where she competed as a Division I soccer player. She currently serves on the board of Spoleto Study Abroad and the Advisory Board for Sacred Heart Catholic School. Her past service includes coaching for the Special Olympics, serving on the TEDxCharleston Speaker Selection Committee, and contributing as a member of the Wofford Terrier Board.

Life Today
After six moves in six years, Sarah and her family are currently stationed in Warner Robins, Georgia. She is a proud wife to Lt. Col. Stephen Sprinkle, mother to Dylan, and dog mom to Carbon.
